This October, CWOWI partnered with All Nations: Business for Movements (BFM) to bring hands-on business and discipleship training to KWOWI Kenya. Led by our coordinators Daniel and Christine, the event near Lake Victoria equipped believers to build Kingdom businesses—ventures that strengthen families financially while advancing the Gospel in their everyday lives.
The five-day Pioneer Business Training helped participants break poverty mindsets, learn budgeting and stewardship, and develop personal business plans. For many, it was the first time to view their work as both ministry and mission. Ongoing coaching will continue through the year to help them apply these principles and build lasting success.
The results have been transformative. More than 90% of attendees said the training changed their mindset about faith and work. Many discovered new opportunities to make disciples in the marketplace and to model integrity and diligence in their communities.
This training will also have a lasting impact on the at-risk children connected to KWOWI Kenya. As parents and caregivers establish stable, faith-driven businesses, they create stronger homes—places where children can grow in security, opportunity, and the knowledge of Christ.
