Today I’ll share some prophetic things the Lord told me concerning the US, EU, and the body of Christ, as well as some news in the network. But before that for our US friends, I want to share meetings we are planning.
Phoenix, AZ – April 17-18. This is not a full conference, just a gathering in a home so space is limited to about 30. We will have a full day on Saturday and will close with a Sunday morning meeting. Denton, TX – June 26-27. This not a full conference. We will meet at the Embassy Suites in Denton, so the capacity is larger. There is no fee but registration is required due to using a hotel conference room and needing to know in advance what/how to arrange things. See the link above to register. Bozeman, MT – July 31-August 1. This is not a full conference, just a gathering Saturday/Sunday in a larger room. Details when closer, but we anticipate a full day Saturday followed by a Sunday morning meeting.
Manchester, New Hampshire, New England conference, October 9-10 (Columbus Day weekend). As we did 2 years ago, we will meet at the Falls Conference center which is next door to the LaQuinta Inn. Details and registration link to be announced later, but wanted to put the word out.
When travel opens between the US and the UK, EU and Nordics we will make plans accordingly – we miss our friends on ‘that side of the pond’.
We will plan more Zoom meetings in April, so stay tuned in the header space above the Weekly Thoughts for those times.
Prophetic and my wrestling and journey
I write these newsletters as a blog, pouring my heart out, for I feel safer in this way of communicating than who knows who and what kind of people might watch a YT or FB video, but I’m still torn sharing these things. When the Lord comes to visit me it is always highly personal, intimate, and I have to balance those special times in my heart with the instructions to share some of what He says.
And as always, I know that some things He shares can be lessoned, changed, or delayed by prayer. Not always, but often. My favorite example of this is how He shared in Matthew 24:15 of anti-Christ coming into the temple half way through the Tribulation, which is set in stone. Yet in v20 He said prayer could change the season of the year and day of the week in which that event occurs. So some things are set in stone, but the timing is not set – that’s where prayer can make a difference.
I shared in our January Zoom meeting from my early January visitation with the Lord. Last night on March 9, the Lord visited me again and shared some other things, including the need to share some of what He tells me with those in my circle of friends, which is why I’m writing here and now. I didn’t argue with Him, but I wrestled with it internally all night long after He left because once I share what He says via the e-newsletters who knows where it ends up.
Some of this our Zoom participants already have the handout for some of this, so this is a summary of main points and some new information.
For review: In early January’s visitation with the Lord…
While the biggest part of this is for the US, and a bit about the EU, the parts about what He is doing in the body of Christ are world-wide.
In the air between us I saw a large rectangle bordered with distinct lines about ½” wide (1.27cm) as if someone drew the perimeter with bold black ink. It was taller than it was wide with vertical divisions inside it, which marked out 4 years.
The left column was thinner and as He spoke I looked at the rectangle. That first column represented 1 year. It did not go all the way to the top, but only went between half way to about ¾ or 2/3 of the way up, which represented 4 to 10 months or so into the first year of the new administration. It didn’t fill the whole space, yet it represented the first year.
The rest of the rectangle representing 3 years was a single block yet within had a division at one year into it, which was year 2, leaving a two-year block for years 3 and 4. The lines in between the segments were fuzzy, as if someone drew the vertical lines with charcoal and then rubbed their fingers over them to blur them. The 3rd year column went all the way or nearly so to the top, the 2nd was a bit short and the 4th was even shorter, less than halfway to the top.
(Again, this is from early January and shared on Zoom then) He began: “There will be 2 distinct waves coming upon this nation. The first starts at inauguration, which will in many ways be more mild than what is to come later, and last not even a full year. Though there will be many immediate changes, the more important ones will come legislatively. The 2nd wave starts when the Vice President takes over.”
Note what He said in January: The more important changes will come legislatively – watch for Congress to pass bills that are not pro-Godly principles, and not wise for the USA. And notice the 2nd wave. These are birth pangs for this nation, the 2nd wave being a major one.
About the VP taking over – I don’t know if that is officially or just the power behind the throne, I don’t know enough to share here as He didn’t elaborate, though I have my suspicions. And then a year or so adjustment, and the last 2 years of the administration with massive changes, especially years 2-3.
And in all these things there has been an overwhelming and unusually strong peace in my spirit about everything. Stay in that peace.
“There will be a transition between the waves which is why you see blurred lines between – each will have some of both elements in the transitions and the success of their efforts will vary by year. Then in the last half the administration will seek to implement the full force of (their) attempted changes. Yet I will be merciful and gracious to this nation, and frustrate those efforts lest the nation experience the depths of darkness.”
So in the natural I don’t know if He is going to limit their power by mid-term elections or courts ruling against new laws or policies, or if the people will rise up or something else – He didn’t say. Just that the last 2 years He would be merciful and gracious to this nation and not allow us to sink into the full depths of darkness.
I shared in January the key words ‘merciful’ and ‘gracious’. Mercy is when you don’t get what you deserve, and gracious is when you get what you don’t deserve. In other words, He will protect His people and empower through grace those who will walk with Him.
He continued: “It will be this nation’s last chance to change direction before heavier things come upon the world. With change the US will be able to stand strong, influence the world and lead many, and without it, it will fall into deep darkness. 2024 will be an interesting year.“
At this point I asked if any of these things could be changed through prayer, and He responded:
“Even if the timing of these waves and transitions coming upon this nation would be changed, the core truth of what I’m saying to you will happen. Remember what the Father told you; ‘That spirit can be delayed, but it won’t be stopped.’
This reference to the Father’s statement is familiar to many of you who have been with us awhile, for I’ve shared it many times over the years. It came during the Kerry/Bush campaigns of 2004. I told the Father I discerned a different spirit in the Democratic party but I didn’t know what it was, so I asked. He said:
“It is the spirit of socialism (some want to bring to this nation).” I asked it could be stopped and He said: “That spirit can be delayed, but it won’t be stopped.” I then asked where it came from. He said: “It came from Europe, for there are those in this nation who think the US should be like Europe, but that’s not what I’ve called this nation to.”
So it would seem some of these things can be altered by prayer, for we are to pray ‘for kings and all in authority that we may live quiet and peaceful lives in godliness and honesty’. (I Timothy 2:2) My prayer is that especially in this first year and related to the 2 ‘waves’ that it can be delayed or stopped altogether….we will see.
What He told me last night…(March 9)
He spoke in more detail about that first year seen in the rectangle in January. He said that over the next 2 months the President will be “slipping” and the VP who is now largely seen in International meetings, will begin to be more involved domestically. As He spoke my impression was that of nearly a 2 person presidency so to speak, which will be just for a short time. I’ll stop there other than to say between now and this late summer and fall into December will be changes, some quickly some more gradual.
I asked Him about the EU since we have many friends there, and many will recall from a few years ago I shared that in another visitation He had talked of a change of government in the UK and Germany, and how Italy will rise to prominence with Germany and France in the EU.
Last night He shared a little more when I asked for more detail. He said, “When Merkel steps aside a new voice that is an old voice in another form will be heard in Germany, taking the country in another direction. Voices that gained and will soon gain victories in different regions in the country will rise up to have national influence. Watch Germany, for as Germany goes, so goes Europe, but with limitations.”
“Italy will struggle for influence in the EU, but will come together to rise up and fill some of the void left by the departure of the UK, some leaders will give place to it grudgingly, some out of necessity. It will become more vocal in EU politics. It will take steps to be known for banking and financial services and industry, and rise in influence by its policies rather than just political means.”
Last night about the body of Christ
When He changed His focus from world events to the body of Christ He said He was asking many people to re-prioritize their lives, to heed what the Spirit is saying. He repeated in a different way what I shared in the Zoom meeting in January about how the relationships within home based churches would be the place where people would find miracles, provision, and answered prayer.
Last night (March 9) He used the word ‘safety net’. He said:
“Many of my people are starting to realize they have no one in their lives as what you would call, a safety net….For many…this last season of false prophecies and confusion has stripped away the protection they thought they had, but was never really there. This is my doing, to expose their spiritual nakedness that they might repent and reprioritize their lives, realizing it is as I told you at the start, I am moving in relationships. The times of being an island to oneself is past, it’s time to grow up in Me.”
What He is talking about: We had talked before about how our faith is in God, but many people try to extend their faith towards political aspirations and for personal financial gain and such, and He has always brought it back to the basics. Faith is towards God. Period. Noah’s faith was in God. Abraham’s faith was in God. They didn’t try to connect their faith to politics or money or as a tool to better their lives. Faith isn’t a tool, it’s a relationship.
In the pages of the NT though they lived in the Roman Empire which was full of intrigue and political happenings, and in a culture that was decidedly polytheistic, precious little is said of things in those realms. Their focus was growing up in Christ, not being tossed around by every new doctrine that popped up, and walking in love towards one another – being connected to the household of God, the family of Christ. That is where we are headed folks, back to the future.
Some think faith is a sort of force field they can extend outward as a buffer of protection whether it be related to politics or finances or whatever. But in truth, faith is towards God, flowing from revelation in our heart outward into our lives. What He is doing is causing many to draw back from these peripheral things they’ve been focused on, to their core faith and His core values in the Father and Lord. They are extricating themselves from a complicated faith living ‘out there’ to the simple faith the NT describes. One about discipleship, relationships, walking through life day to day and not living ‘out there’, but rather, ‘in here’, in the heart.
There were other things that are for us and cwowi, and of some natural disasters that will happen, but what I’ve shared here covers the basics.
Lastly: This surprised me
The last thing He talked about is fear in the body of Christ. He spoke quite a bit about one of the biggest things He is doing now is delivering His people from fear. That’s everything from fear of losing their salvation to fear of what’s coming on the world. Great assurance and peace is replacing fear, for those who will un-believe the fear and lies to grasp the truth. You can’t hold onto fear and hold onto God’s peace. You have to totally let go the fear and lie.
He spoke how He is dealing with His people to change priorities in life, therefore in that adjustment they would have to extricate themselves from its grip by re-prioritizing their lives. These are people who He is asking to stop living by a theology thinking they know God by their emotions, discipline themselves who and what they listen to and read, and who they fellowship with.
For many, it is returning to their roots, for others a new path that is uncomfortable yet they know it is right. For many it will require humility to rejoin people they left through offense, which He said, “was merely a cloak for their pride.”
Perhaps this was the most important thing He said last night: “My people will be known as people of peace, in peace, living in peace. Others on the outside, even many of my own, will see their peace in the midst of turmoil and want to know how to get it. (I saw in the Spirit as He spoke a vision of His people dropping distractions in their hands, running towards Him with arms extended, desperate for peace.)
“There is coming a marked difference between those in peace and those in fear. In my peace people will find connections, security, that safety net of people, provision, answered prayer; For many a whole new way of life, even for some of my people who have mouthed faith and love but have only rarely known it or walked in it.”
I cannot emphasize strongly enough just how serious the Lord is about Christians becoming serious about their faith, serious about their relationships. Many will remember how in December 2019 He told me ‘The days are coming and are now, where one’s faith will become precious to them.” We are in those days.
There is complete peace about the coming years, and once a person has that peace much of life becomes ‘according to your faith be it unto you’. Many will move forward and be blessed, others will see only obstacles and shrink back, never realizing the provision that lay ahead had they only moved forward. He will always make a way, and sometimes you have to press forward, moving from the peace within, having that inner knowing to do so.
This is rather long and I apologize, but I’ve shared what I felt He wanted me to share. These core things are for prayer, reflection, an examination of what He is doing in our hearts. As we see in scripture: Family, friends, neighbors, coworkers, are the relationships we see in Christ, where righteousness in our hearts is expressed in life.
Personal
We are well enough, the Lord meets our needs through the generosity of people like you, and we are thankful, so very thankful for all your donations. Because Christ is in us and following Paul’s example who rarely mentioned a need, we leave it to you and Christ in you to decide if you include us in your giving. We are exceedingly thankful for those who do, and pray for and are thankful for you all.
Our prayer is as Paul commended the Philippians and other churches of Macedonia in II Corinthians 8:5: “They gave themselves first to the Lord, and then also to us…”
